IT IS OUR POLICY TO MANUFACTURE, STORE AND SHIP THESE CHEMICALS IN A SAFE AND LEGAL MANNER CONSISTANT WITH ALL APPLICABLE ENVIRONMENTAL MANDATES AS WELL AS ALL FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. IT IS OUR POLICY TO COMMUNICATE CLEARLY TO OUR CUSTOMERS OUR CURRENT PRODUCT LINE, PRODUCT QUALITY STANDARDS AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY. IT IS OUR POLICY TO CLEARLY COMMUNICATE TO THE CUSTOMER THE LEAD TIME FOR THE CHEMICAL(S) AND THE MOST ECONOMICAL MANNER OF PURCHASING AND TRANSPORTING THEM. IN SO DOING, IT IS OUR POLICY TO ACHIEVE SUSTAINED CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH OUR PRODUCT BRAND AND OUR SERVICE. IT IS OUR POLICY TO DEVELOP STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR VENDORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN A STEADY FLOW OF RAW MATERIAL AND THEREFORE, A HIGH DEGREE OF RELIABILITY WITH OUR CUSTOMERS. IT IS OUR POLICY TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE OUR QUALITY STANDARDS TO EVERY EMPLOYEE OF THIS COMPANY. IT IS OUR POLICY TO INVOLVE EVERY EMPLOYEE IN THE QUALITY PROCESS. 				1. It is the Quality Objective of Pharmco Products to eliminate non-conformities in the quality of our products. Our objective is to manufacture and ship product that conforms 100% of the time to the stated specifications. Pharmco will measure our performance in this regard by evaluating all complaints and returns for quality. Pharmco will strive to prevent the manufacture and release of product non-conformities through proactive quality control work. 2. Its is the Quality Objective of Pharmco Products to incur "zero" citations for Environmental or Regulatory violations. This will be measured by evaluating monthly internal audits as well as audits by government agencies. 3. It is the Quality Objective of Pharmco Products to operate as a "zero" hazardous waste generator in our production process. This will be accomplished by monitoring all processes operated by our facility. 4. It is the Quality Objective of Pharmco Products to minimize returns as a result of misunderstanding in regard to the customer’s expectation of a desired product and the product received. This will be measured by evaluating all returns and determining their root cause. We will strive to proactively eliminate these misunderstandings through effective training and maintaining an aggressive order verification procedure. Training effectiveness will be measured in accordance with this standard. 5. It is the Quality Objective of Pharmco Products to attain a high degree of training effectiveness for all employees involved in all areas of our quality process. This includes production, quality control, document control, safety, and regulatory as well as sales and customer service in regard to knowing and understanding our current product line and product specifications. 6. It is the Quality Objective of Pharmco Products to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction in regard to product quality and service. This will be measured in various ways including customer surveys and monitoring customer complaints and returns. 7. It is the Quality Objective of Pharmco Product to achieve a very low rate of non-conformities with our vendors and subcontractors. This will be measured by monitoring service and quality on purchases, monitoring vendor complaints and rejected raw material, and communicating more effectively with our vendors our needs and expectations. 8. It is the Quality Objective of Pharmco Products to minimize job related injuries or job-related illnesses. This will be measured yearly through the OSHA 300 Log. We will proactively prevent job related injuries and illnesses by operating a safe and clean working environment and maintaining an on-going safety program.
