| Method Of Shipment: All orders are shipped from our facility except otherwise quoted or contracted. Due to the high number of damage claims with UPS we exclusively ship orders via common carrier. All orders will ship prepaid and add unless otherwise quoted or specified by the customer. Claims & Returns: Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. If material is damaged or missing it must be clearly indicated on the Bill Of Lading that is signed upon receipt of the order. Pharmco must be contacted immediately with any discrepancies or damages. In addition damaged freight must be reported to the carrier immediately. Discarded material cannot be claimed for credit. Authorization is required for all material to be returned. All returned chemicals must have a legal Bill Of Lading (BOL) accompanying the return. Pharmco Products will supply the BOL for all returns. This will serve as your Return Goods Authorization. No material will be accepted without the Pharmco BOL. In the event that Pharmco is liable for the product we will pay the return freight. If Pharmco is not liable for the product, or if the customer wishes to return the material, then the material must ship back at the customers expense. In addition, when Pharmco is not liable, a 25% restocking fee may be charged. Certain items are not returnable for credit: opened or damaged containers, expired material, custom or special orders (non-stock), bulk orders and regulated materials (USP/NF, FCC, Kosher). Hazards: Our products will ship with suitable precautionary statements on the labels and the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS’s). The burden for safe use of all chemicals is the sole responsibility of the buyer and user. Our chemicals are intended for use by qualified individuals who are trained in proper laboratory and manufacturing procedures as well as HMIS and RTK as required by OSHA for any person handling hazardous materials. Liability: While the information and data included in this catalog, our labels and MSDS’s are intended to be correct and reliable to the best of our knowledge, they are not guaranteed to be so. No responsibility is assumed in this regard. Pharmco Products Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors in this website or other published material. Pharmco Products Inc., only assumes the obligation to replace merchandise up to the purchase price. Pharmco Products does not offer any warranties for the fitness of its chemicals for any particular use, or for any losses involving their use. Our liability covers material in the original container that has not been misused, damaged or tampered with.
